Brothy Rice

This is not rice. This is knock-your-socks-off delicious. This is sneak-protein-into-picky-eaters strategy. This is make-a-meal-our-of-leftovers requirement.
This is rice made with AliMade Chicken Bone Broth. I’ve made rice with all my different broths, and for whatever reason, Chicken takes the cake. It’s the best. And for those of you who know me, you know Beef is by far my favorite bone broth to drink (e v e r y d a y); so I was super surprised that rice made with Chicken Bone Broth is so stinking amazing.
But what is more amazing is the protein, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals it adds to the rice it adds along with the flavor. With up to 13g protein per cup, you can turn rice from a “filler food” to a power food! And if you or your kiddos are having a tough time liking or processing meats, making more easily digestible rice or veggies with broth is a great way to add protein without upsetting your tummy!

To make Brothy Rice, simply substitute AliMade Chicken (or whatever type you prefer) Bone Broth in for water (usually 2 C broth for every 1 C rice, but this can vary) and cook your rinsed, soaked, and/or sprouted rice till soft!
