Chili Stew

I really don’t know what to call this hybrid, other than AMAZING! 🥣

The epitome of use-whatever-veggies-are-going-bad meals, this beefed-up chili was so good that even the babies loved it for multiple meals! 🥣

A ballpark how to:

- sauté minced garlic and diced onions

- add ground beef and brown

- don’t drain unless you’re a sissy
- add rinsed and soaked black beans, cubed/diced carrots, butternut squash, and/or sweet potato (all the above is 👌🏼)

- add 4 cups of AliMade Beef Bone Broth (taste is not guaranteed if you use a lesser broth 🤷🏼‍♀️), a small can of tomato paste, and chili spices (cumin, oregano, chili powder, salt and pepper)

- bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer covered for like 20-30 min
