Easy Healthy Stir Fry

AliMade Broth is not just for soups. Tonight I whipped up a quick stir fry while the triplets were taking their afternoon nap. 🍲

I merely whisked one cup of broth with 3/4 cup coconut aminos and about 1 T arrowroot starch, then I poured that over the chicken and veggies (I “cheat” with a bag of frozen stir fry veggies) I had sautéd.

While that simmered and thickened, I sauted some cauliflower “rice”. 💥

better than take out. 👊🏼
