Loaded (with Broth) Mashed Potatoes

Mashed potatoes, a health food? Absolutely!!! Just substitute AliMade Bone Broth for all the dairy, and you’ve got a flavorful, filling, fun way to add bone broth to the diet of your pickiest eater!

-put Yukon gold (or whatever variety you prefer) potatoes and a few garlic cloves in a pot of water and turn to high heat

-when the potatoes are soft, drain the water and then smash -add some butter (optional) and 1-2 cups AliMade Chicken (my favorite for this recipe) Bone Broth. Mash or whip, and continue to add broth until you reach desired consistency.

-add salt, pepper, oregano, dill, mustard powder, basil, chives... the possibilities are endless!
